How pricing scales
Pricing is per organization — not per site. Your plan sets how many active sites and active workers your organization can use in a billing month.
Active sites
A site your organization holds a requirement list for, or has an engagement on, at any time in the billing month.
Active workers
A worker on an active roster of one of your active sites at any time in the billing month, counted once across sites. Workers who left before the month don’t count. Workers and external signers never hold a seat.

Shareable clearance links
Workers share a link. You click it and see their clearance status. No login, no app, no phone calls. Links expire and are revocable.

Credentials approaching expiry are flagged automatically. You see what’s valid and what’s expiring before issuing a work order.
Audit trail
Every clearance check, credential verification, and status change is logged with timestamps. Exportable at any time.

How is worker and credential data protected?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Clearance links use hashed tokens — the raw link is shown once and never stored. Access is scoped and audited. See our security page for details.
